2026 Members' Meeting
Our annual members' meeting took place on Sunday, April 26, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to approximately 6:30 p.m. (including a break for refreshments), in the *Bürgersaal* (Community Hall) at the *Bürgerhaus Bornheide*, Bornheide 76, 22549 Hamburg.
The agenda items were as follows:
Welcome of the members present by the Board
Election of a Secretary
Confirmation that the meeting was duly convened and constitutes a quorum
Board report on the past fiscal year
Board report on the 2026 fiscal year
The 2025 Treasurer's Report was distributed to the members, as our Treasurer was unable to attend due to urgent personal reasons
Miscellaneous / Open discussion
Following the break, Dr. Mukhopadhyay gave a presentation and explained our current projects.
